On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondents-State and opposes issuance of notice of motion. She further submits that respondent No.5 (Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh)/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending legal notice dated 28.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) within a period of three months from today.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 (Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh)/competent authority to consider and decide legal notice dated 28.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of three months from today. 5.
