637 Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 to 4 to remove the encroachment and restore the common Drain/Nalla which has been illegally demolished and occupied from the Panchayat street/drainage by respondent No.7 and his family members which has resulted into public nuisance at large due to poor drainage management in the area.
