The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to re-fix his pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that respondents may be directed to decide his representation in the light of judgment of Madras High Court in W.P.No.28282 of 2015, decided on 20.04.2023, titled as "M.Thiagarajan vs. United India Insurance Company Limited and others.
