However, at this stage, counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the court that amicable settlement has reached between the parties. Copy of the settlement, so reached, has been supplied, which is taken on record. In view of the said compromise, the respondent has withdrawn the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred and the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, has been filed by both the parties, wherein the statements of first motion have already been recorded.

Keeping in view the aforesaid factual position and also taking into consideration the applicant not having come forward to pursue the present application, the same is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
