(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.344 dated 27.11.2023 registered under Sections 177, 181, 199, 417, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B IPC at P.S. City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 24.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
