@ Thereafter, on 15.1.2024, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the application is for early hearing from 25.01.2024 and to modify to limited extent to recall the specific portion of the order dated 22.12.2023 to the extent to which this Court has imposed as cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited with Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh Lawyers Family Welfare Fund. Heard.
I find no merit in the application and same stands dismissed."
"On 25.01.2024, the following order was passed :- "The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some more time to comply with the orders dated 22.12.2023. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to comply with the orders dated 22.12.2023. Adjourned to 29.02.2024.
Interim order to continue."
-3In pursuance to the aforementioned orders, the petitioner has been released on interim bail vide order dated 01.02.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura. The copy of of the said order is Marked as 'A'.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.
