This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.04, dated 13.01.2023, registered under Sections 22-C, 25, 27 and 29 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh submits that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the petitioner, who is behind bars for almost one year.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
