Dated Police Station Sections 16.10.2023 HSIIDC Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonipat 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC, Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-6) whereby direction has been given to conduct further investigation in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner-accused had come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

Mr. Vikrant Pamboo, learned Senior Deputy Advocate General, State of Haryana opposes the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that the police has the statutory powers to investigate the matter.

However, there is no dispute with regard to statutory powers of the police authorities to conduct investigation.

In the entirety of facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be in the interest of justice that after the completion of investigation, the file shall be perused by the concerned Superintendent of Police, who shall personally verify the investigation. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
