handed over a photocopy of notification dated 12.11.2024 issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Home Affairs and Justice; according to which, various WAKF Tribunals have been constituted within the State of Punjab, consisting of the Chairmen as well as the Members of the WAKF Tribunals. Said notification dated 12.11.2024 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

As regards the prayer of petitioners for declaring the action of respondent No.2 in passing orders dated 28.03.2024, 30.05.2024, 22.08.2024 and 24.10.2024 (Annexures P-6 to P-9) in the pending suit No.34/2020 dated 10.07.2020 (Annexure P-1) without jurisdiction, is concerned; suffice it say that none of the aforesaid orders can be said to have caused any prejudice to the petitioners.

Since the WAKF Tribunals already stand constituted in the State of Punjab, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 5.
