Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed against the respondents' decision not to offer all vacant stations to the petitioners for the purpose of filling up of preferences for allotment of stations, and quashing the list/letter dated 19.11.2024, Annexure P-4, to the extent the petitioners have been allotted stations at a far away place.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make fresh representation(s) before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation(s) is/are filed by the petitioners within one week from today, the same shall be decided by the second respondentAVIN KUMAR 2024.12.18 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
