Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.74 dated 31.3.2025 under Sections 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of supplementary affidavit of Ishan Singla, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, SubDivision Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 4.
