  **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the main petition by submitting that the petitioner intends to surrender before the trial Court and to move an application for grant of regular bail. Request has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that regular bail application may be decided by the concerned Court in an expeditious manner. In view of this submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Court before which the application for grant of regular bail shall be filed by the petitioner herein, may dispose it of expeditiously in accordance with instructions already issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as by this Court by disposing of the bail application in a time bound manner.
