This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in CWP-21157-2018. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 11.11.2025 of Dr. Rajiv Kumar Devgan, Director - Principal, Govt. Medical College, Amritsar has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order (Annexure R-2) has also been appended.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioners are so aggrieved, they would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
