Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 - Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.178 dated 15.4.2023 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is prepared and presented at the earliest. 2.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3 - Commissioner of Police, Faridabad for necessary compliance.
