The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 28.08.2024 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kurukshetra, whereby, the petitioner-judgment debtor was directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,79,587.33/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the amount has already been paid.

In view of the same, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous.
