The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent not to restrain her while leaving India from any airport.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has apprehension that she may be detained at airport while leaving India. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent has no authority to detain any passenger. It is Immigration Bureau which can detain any passenger on the request of any investigating agency. The respondent has no such information.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
