The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner and arrest respondents No.4 to 10 in FIR No.333 dated 24.09.2024 under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 191(3) and 190 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Gondwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into the representation (Annexure P-2/T) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
