In the present petition, the challenge is to the appointment of respondents No. 6 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is a challenge to the appointment of private respondents but the same prayer may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, as the petitioner is only pressing her claim to be adjusted against the post against which she is discharging the duties, which post is still vacant even after the appointment of the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for claiming the relief for adjustment in service against one of the post which is lying vacant, the petitioner has already submitted the representation dated 02.05.2023, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-4 and the same is still pending for consideration with the respondents and the respondents be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
