Allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M No.64766 of 2023 The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0025 dated 14.11.2023, registered under Section 10 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 354, 354-A IPC, at Police Station Women Police Station, Dabwali (Sirsa), District Sirsa.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kamla, Police Station Women Police Station, Dabwali, assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.12.2023 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
