(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to decide representations dated 07.07.2025 and 29.07.2025 (Annexures P-9 and P-10, respectively). 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the three panches namely Gurmeet Kaur, Kaptain Singh and Kulwinder Kaur have already been suspended. 3.
