(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J.(ORAL ) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.153 dated 13.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 22 and 29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station City 2, Khanna, District Ludhiana. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 20.11.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 20.11.2025 is made absolute.
