Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.25 dated 24.03.2022, under Sections 458, 336, 427, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 10.01.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Salwinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 10.01.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
