After vehemently arguing for a considerably long period of time, the learned counsel for the petitioners, after completely failing to persuade this Court to cause issuance of notices upon the respondents, thus was led to seek liberty of this Court to withdraw the present case. 2.

Liberty is granted, accordingly.

The instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, but yet with the liberty to the present petitioners to access the statutory remedy, if available to them.
