***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) CRM-W-1890-2025 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks preponement of the main case, which is presently fixed for 15.1.2026. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that since as per the reply filed by the State on the last date of hearing i.e. on 27.11.2025 case of the applicant/petitioner for grant of parole is under consideration before the authorities concerned, he infact wishes to withdraw the main case itself so as to pursue his application for grant of parole, which is under active consideration.

In view of the aforesaid submission and in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRWP-11029-2025, which is presently fixed for 15.1.2026 is preponed and is taken on board today.
