*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Superintending Canal Officer, Patitala.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
