The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of impugned order dated 30.11.2022 passed by the JMIC, Gurugram in complaint case under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. bearing No. COMI-366 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) in FIR No. 393, dated 08.12.2022, under Sections 418, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 40, District Gurugram (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has the instructions to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
