Learned counsel contends that vide application dated 17.03.2023 (Annexure P-4), the petitioner had applied for issuance of 3 different licenses i.e. for Vertical Band Saw, Chipper and MDF/HDF Particle Board, but he has been granted 1 license only i.e. for Vertical Band Saw and that no action has been taken for issuance of licenses in respect of Chipper and MDF/HDF Particle Board.

Learned counsel submits that at this stage he would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No.2 to consider his case for issuance of licenses in respect of Chipper and MDF/HDF Particle Board.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the assertions made MOHAN SINGH 2023.12.21 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-28915-2023 (O&M) - 2 - 2023:PHHC:164426 in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and to pass an appropriate order on the petitioner's application seeking issuance of licenses for Chipper and MDF/HDF Particle Board as well expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 months from today in case any such application is not already processed and disposed of.
