The alleged detenue-Harpreet Kaur (identified by SI Jassa Singh, SHO Chola Saheb, District Tarn Taran) has been produced in Court today by ASI Santosh from Nari Niketan, Sector 26, Chandigarh. The detenue has submitted before this Court that she does not want to stay in the Nari Niketan and wants to go back to her father/petitioner-Fateh Singh.
