The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to pay the amount of compensation to the petitioner whose land has been acquired, by way of Award No. 08 dated 16.04.2021 and Award No.10 dated 06.08.2021, alongwith interest; alongwith certain other prayers.

Learned State counsel has submitted that since there was dispute regarding apportionment of compensation payable qua the land comprised in the Khewat(s) involved in the writ petition, therefore, the BANITA CHUGH 2024.04.09 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any more. Therefore, the same is dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail her alternate remedy and plea, before the competent authority. 5.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
