Mr. K.K. Chahal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of additional ten per cent of the Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance to the petitioner in compliance of the amendment dated 13.04.2022, in the Teachers Transfer Policy 2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the third respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the third respondent is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 16.09.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice dated 16.09.2024, will be decided by the third respondent-Director, Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
