The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

The FIR was lodged at the instance of Vishav Chopra, wherein it is alleged that he had been inflicted injuries by accused numbering 10 including the petitioner with the help of weapons like Dat, baseball bat, borken bottles and other sharp edged weapons on his face, right arm and back. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved and that the complainant does not have any objection for grant of bail. 4.

At this stage, Mr. Jagjit Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Learned counsel representing respondent No.2/complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that the complainant does not have any objection for release of the petitioner on bail. 6.
