$ Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties contend that a direction had been issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of "Jatinder Kumar Arora @ Vicky versus the State of Punjab" in case bearing SLP (Crl.) Nos. 8239/2025 decided on 13.08.2025, to conclude the trial in a time bound manner and that 134 witnesses from amongst 160 witnesses already stand examined.

Faced with the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
