**** Harpreet Singh Brar, J. (Oral) Present petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members and not to implicate the son of the petitioner, who is in custody since long.

2. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that during the pendency of present petition, petitioner - Jasbir Kaur has passed away on 08.07.2024. He produces the Death Certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
