The Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, passed the order dated 10.12.2021 granting maintenance to the respondent-wife. The said order was challenged by way of filing an appeal under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 which was decided by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, vide its order dated 01.02.2023, whereby the appeal was dismissed.
