(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurnam Singh, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges vide order dated 04.10.2024, passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, therefore, the present petition is rendered infructuous. A copy of the said order produced in Court today and the same is taken on record as Annexure 'R-1'.

Learned counsel for petitioner concurs with the submissions made by the learned State counsel.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
