(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.102 dated 11.06.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act (Sections 109, 118(2) of BNS added later on) at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, District Batala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required for further investigation of the case.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 15.10.2025 is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
