This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed in CWP-3405-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed an affidavit of Sh. Rajesh Kumar, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Panipat, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel has further pointed out that the order dated 06.02.2025 was duly complied with and a speaking order has been passed on 12.11.2025 (Annexure R-1).

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioners are so aggrieved, they would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
