Petitioner Prashant Kumar Sharma has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), for seeking of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.178 dated 14.07.2025, under Sections 318(4), 61(2) (added later on) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Cyber Crime NIT, District Faridabad.

On issuing notice to the State, status report had been filed by the State and today, at the very out, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition as petitioner is willing to surrender before the Court of learned Area Magistrate in the coming few days.
