Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would contend that the execution proceedings have been adjourned sine die awaiting the decision of the application filed under Order IX Rule 13 CPC. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the learned Court concerned to decide the said application filed under Order IX Rule 13 CPC expeditiously in accordance with law.
