Operative part thereof reads as under : "3. xxx She further deposed that now there is no danger to her life and as such she do not require any protection and now no threat is being received to her. She further deposed that now she do not want to proceed further with the said writ petition and her application be filed accordingly. The said statement has been duly signed by Amarjeet Kaur and identified by Resham Singh, ASI PS: Guruharsahai. The true copy of the said statement of Amarjeet Kaur is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1. 2.

In view of above, no further order is required to be passed. 3.
