SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J. (Oral) CM No.20002-CWP of 2024 In view of the pendency of the LPA, the present application is allowed and the delay of 429 days in filing the present review-application is condoned.

RA-CW No.523 of 2024 in CWP No.2269 of 2016 1.

This is a review-application preferred by the State on the basis of the liberty granted by the Division Bench in LPA No.2596 of 2024 titled as State of Punjab and others Vs. Ajit Singh, decided on 23.10.2024. 2.

However, this Court finds that while before the Division Bench in the LPA, the review-applicants placed certain documents to submit that there was no sanctioned post available at the time of YAG DUTT 2025.02.07 17:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

RA-CW No.523 of 2024 (O&M) in CWP No.2269 of 2016 -2consideration for regularization in 2001, on the basis of the seniority list but neither any of those documents have been placed before this Court nor they are the basis for filing of the review.

However, no case for review of the order dated 23.08.2023 is made out. It is settled law that the documents which were not produced in the petition, cannot be a ground or basis to review the order. In the present case, even those documents are not before this Court which were shown before the Division Bench.

In view of the above, the present review-application is dismissed.
