Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to issue electricity connect for Tubewell, without demanding Rs.1,81,795/- as the cost amount for erection of line and polls etc.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies available to him in accordance with law.
