Seeking release of the alleged detenu, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Ram Singh, submits that detenue is an adult and FIR has been registered against Jobanjit Singh-respondent No.4. 3.

Given above, no cause of action arises and therefore, the present petition is disposed of. However, State to make efforts to complete the investigation and to trace the person.
