This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed in CWP-26438-2016.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that the order dated 19.03.2025 was duly complied with and the amount has since been released to the petitioners.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
