Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that the petitioner did not even submit the application on iHRMS portal for grant of Child Care Leave, therefore, her request could not be considered. In case the application is submitted through the official portal, it will be considered expeditiously.

In this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply for Child Care Leave through the official portal, as per procedure.
