This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking an appropriate writ for quashing the action of respondent No.3, whereby respondent No.3 along with respondent No.4 made two Khewat Nos. 64 and 65 out of one Khewat No.51 in Jamabandi year 2022-23 (Annexure P-3 and P-4 respectively). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 45 of the Land Revenue Act.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
