This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed in CWP-7765-2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that representation has since been decided and therefore he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged.
