 Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue AADHAR Card to the petitioner. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies available to him in accordance with law.
