This is an application for placing on record short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Aaditya Dachalwal, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana along with speaking order dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure R-1). 2.

Allowed as prayed for. Short reply along with speaking order dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure R-1) is taken on record. COCP-5153-2025 3.

This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in CWP-10280-2025.
