CRM-M-58093-2025 and another connected matter -2The petitioners have already joined the investigation. The power of attorney executed in favour of the Raj Kumar Bhandari (petitioner in CRM-M-58171-2025) is available with the revenue authorities, and the investigating agency is at liberty to collect the same. The petitioner-Gurmukh Singh (petitioner in CRM-M-58093-2025) is a purchaser for valuable consideration from Raj Kumar Bhandari. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order dated 15.10.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 15.10.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
